Because of our sedentary lifestyle, we need to get moving regularly.
The following approach outlines how you integrate movement into your day and develop a mindfully active lifestyle.
Your first step is to do a quick analysis of what happens during an average week and putting a plan in place to become more active.
A great strategy is to turn your home and office into a multi-purpose gym. You can use many objects or environments that get you regularly moving. Anything that creates resistance is ideal. You can use your own body-weight, floors, walls, doorways, chairs, couches and stairs are ideal.
